Mass & Confession Changes Beginning on September 1, 2025 - Letter from Rev. Keith Kenney
Published on July 29, 2025
Dear brothers and sisters,
After much prayer and consideration, I have decided that it is necessary to adjust the weekly schedule of Masses. In brief, our former schedule precluded flexibility for other parish functions and requests for particular liturgies. It became difficult to manage especially during vacations, convocations, retreats, or illness of one or more of the priests. Due to these limitations our schedule beginning September 1, 2025 will be much reduced. At the same time, all of your priests are solicitous about providing ample opportunities for confession and worship. While the daily Mass schedule will be reduced, we will begin to introduce the recitation of Morning Prayer from the Liturgy of the Hours. The Second Vatican Council encouraged the laity to take part in the divine office, which is the public worship of the whole Church. It expressly hoped for the common praying of Vespers. We will begin with weekday Morning Prayer as we look to include the public worship of the Liturgy of the Hours in our schedule at St. Anne. I hope that many will join us in praying Morning Prayer as a community.
Beginning September 1, 2025, our schedule will be as follows:
Morning Prayer
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 8:30 am
Holy Mass
Monday – Friday: 12:00 pm
Saturday: 4:00 pm
Sunday:
7:00 am English
9:00 am English
11:00 am Solemn Mass English
1:30 pm Spanish
5:30 pm English
Holy Hour
Thursday: 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Tuesday – Friday: 6:00 am – 7:00 am
Monday – Friday: 10:45 am – 11:45 am

I am available to meet with anyone who wishes to discuss this schedule change. Please feel free to speak to me in person or through email.
In the hearts of Jesus and Mary,
Fr. Keith Kenney
