What is a My Own Church account?
It's your own personal tool for managing your family's parish information, sacramental records, financial giving history, and finding your parishioner ID (DUID). Everyone is encouraged to use My Own Church to be more fully informed, and to ensure your contact information is up-to-date.
Need to Register?
If this is your first time learning about the My Own Church account, creating an account is a one-time process and takes just a few steps to complete. Click on the button below to visit the St. Anne ParishSOFT website to create a My Own Church Account. This will take you to a New User Registration page located at phoenix.parishsoftfamilysuite.com.
Register for a My Own Church Account
After you have submitted your registration, the account creation will take a few days for the system to complete. You will receive an email to set your password on the ParishSOFT website. If you do not receive an email within five days, please check your spam folder and change settings to allow your email to receive email from no-reply@parishsoft.com

I'm Logged In. Now What?
How do I see my giving history and year-end tax statements?
If you made contributions to St. Anne Roman Catholic Parish, you may view a record of these in your "My Own Church" account on ParishSOFT Family Suite. (Note: This does not include CDA, Together Let Us Go Forth, and any other non-parish affiliated organizations).
After you have signed into your account, click the button below to visit the "Giving History" screen.
On the Giving History page, select the previous year:

Check the boxes for Tax Deductible and Include Member Info :

After the correct year and boxes are selected, click the Download button to download your year-end tax statement and letter:

After that, your statement should download to your computer. All should be good, but if there are any errors, please contact the front office at St. Anne.
Question: What do I do if I'm seeing a blank screen instead of the Giving History page?
Answer: Click on the My Offering link on the left side of the screen. Then, click Giving History at the top of the screen.

Your Giving History page should look similar to this one:

How can I update my family's contact information?
After you have signed into your account, click on Family Detail at the top of the My Family screen:

A popup window opens. Then, click on "Edit Details" at the bottom of the screen

Edit any information that needs to be updated. When you are finished, click "Save" or "Save & Close."

How do I find my family's parishioner ID number?
After you have signed into your account, click on "Family Detail":
