"Jesus allowed himself to be baptized in order to sanctify the waters for our own Baptism."
Jesus humbled himself in becoming baptized, and in turn sanctified the waters for us. Baptism is our entry to the church, where we become one in Him. Through our Baptism, we are called to live the Gospel joyfully, and spread that joy everywhere we go.
