I am so glad to see all of you today. Glad to be back. You know that we have been in Poland in World Youth Day for 2 weeks. It was a beautiful experience. We took 63 young people, I think St. Anne had the largest group in the whole State of Arizona. It was amazing. We spent 5 days in Rome, what can I say about Rome? And then like 10, 12 days in Poland. First in Warsaw then in Krakow. I could speak about World Youth Day for hours. One week ago today for example when we were in Krakow, the Holy Father celebrated the Mass with over 2 million young people from all over the world. It was so beautiful to see so flags from every country, and we were praising God together as one people, as one community of faith.

We also met many pilgrims from the United States, we had 2 events with all of them.  One of them was adoration, there was a big venue an arena, and there was a concert with Matt Maher and Audrey Assad and the best part was the adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.  You should see 20,000 young people in silence on their knees, praying, worshiping.  The auxiliary Bishop of Los Angeles, Bishop Barron had a beautiful meditation on our vocation as Christians and the importance of the cross of Christ in our lives, it was beautiful.  The next day we also had a prayer service where we had the chance to venerate the relics of a young Saint, Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati.  And we could meet with Pier Giorgio Frassati's niece, a beautiful 86 year old woman called Wanda.  I invited her to come to St. Anne, she wanted to come, but she said that she was feeling too old to come here from Italy.
