Bishop Nevares: When I was growing up, I remember Easter. I remember one of the big events of Easter was waiting for Grandma's visit. And before Grandma arrived, we were in a flurry of special activity to preparing for Grandma.
Mama was in the kitchen, preparing special food. Daddy was outside cutting the grass, trimming the hedges. The kids were inside cleaning their bedrooms, making their bed for the first time in a long time. All these special preparations because Grandma was on her way. And of course Mama wanted to put on the best possible face for Grandma, and make everything very special for her. It's almost like this Parish Family this Easter time. It's not Grandma coming, it's the Bishop!
